Penis Girth Exercises: Which Ones Deliver The Best Results?

When it comes to increasing penis size, most men think about the length rather than the girth. According to many women, girth is even more important than length. Dry Jelqing

Jelqing is one of the primary male enhancement exercises and it has a couple of variations that can be used to accomplish a specific goal. The dry jelqing technique is best for the men that want to increase their penile girth.

Dry jelqing should be performed on a semi-erect penis for best results.

After you’ve brought your penis to the desired erection level, form an “ok grip” with one of your hands. Position your fingers in the middle part of the penile shaft. Hold tightly but don’t squeeze to the level that you’re experiencing discomfort.

Pull your fingers towards the base of the penis. Go as far as possible, trying to pull back the skin of the shaft. Once you reach the base, tighten the grip and hold it for a couple of seconds. Now slowly move up towards the glans. If you feel uncomfortable, you can loosen the grip. This is a single dry jelq.

Start with a couple of repetitions to test your tolerance. With time, you can increase both the number of reps and the pressure you use.

Hard Squeeze

Hard squeezing is another exercise variety that’s particularly beneficial for increasing the circumference rather than the length of the penis. The exercise is considered moderately difficult, which is why you have to follow all of the steps without attempting to modify anything.

The exercise should be performed on a fully-erect penis. When performed correctly, the hard squeeze will increase the circumference of the upper shaft.

Grip your penis in the beginning of the base. You can use the ok grip or hold the base of your penis in a way that makes you feel comfortable and gives you a good grip. Grip tightly and increase the amount of pressure you’re applying to the penile tissue. Hold for a couple of seconds and release.

Repeat in several series for best results. If you start feeling tired, consider switching from one hand to the other.

Double Penis Squeeze

This exercise is a variation of the previous one. The impact is lower, thus the exercise comes with minimal risk of injuries.

As you’ve probably guessed from the name, the double penis squeeze involves using both hands. When done correctly, the exercise increases both the erect and the flaccid penis girth.

The double squeeze should be performed on a semi-erect penis. Once you’ve brought yourself to the desired level of erection, put one of your hands in a standard ok grip at the base. Make sure that you’re as far away from the glans, as possible. Place your second hand in front of the first one and grip the shaft of the penis with all of your fingers.

Tighten both of the grips. Increase the pressure and hold. Release and repeat. The double penis squeeze increases the circulation and allows more blood to enter the corpus cavernosum during erections.

A Few Additional Tips And Suggestions

Apart from doing the exercises that target specifically the girth of the penis, you can also do traditional male enhancement routines. A popular exercise like stretching can be used to increase both the length and the girth.
